Via guest access or with a dedicated wpkg user?
Would I possibly be better off, if I mapped the share with a user
other than just accessing the share like I do?

So if I utilized "net use" here or is that impossible during logon?
Never tried as it just worked before the migration of the share to
the domain controller (backup domain controllor, primary fileserver!)
