I am not sure about Avira Professional but the free edition uses hbdev.key
within "%ProgramFiles%\Avira\AntiVir Desktop", not within %SYSTEMDRIVE%. So you
might have to copy it to another directory.

In addition I see you're first copying the key and then installing Avira. You
might have to change this order.

This actually does not look bad.
