Sure you downloaded and installed 1.1.3-RC3 (sorry, I incorrectly wrote
1.2.3-RC3 before)?

Could you send me a full debug log for reference?

I used a very similar package here for testing and it works. So I would like to
see if there could be another difference in your environment.
