Add the operating system to the list of <host/> attributes to check

Add the operating system to the list of <host/> attributes to check (picked
from original submission).

  * wpkg.js (hostos): New string variable to store operating system
information.
    (getHostOS): WMI query to get operating system information.
    (getHostsApplying): use it.
    (parseArguments): Handle the /os option.
    (showUsage): Add /os description.
