The following commands does not work for me:

schtasks /Create /SC ONCE /ST 15:43:00 /TN shutdown 
    /TR "%SystemRoot%\system32\psshutdown.exe -r -c -t 300 -e p:4:1 -m \"WPKG run\""
--8<---------------cut here---------------end--------------->8---

poweroff.exe[1] was not updated since 2003
Shutit[2] last update was 2008

And both a freeware, not free software[3]
