Hello everybody,

since some days, I'm fighting with the configuration of Cygwin 1.7.1-1
installation.
I need this version because we change to Windows 7 x64.

Problem: wpkg calls the setup.exe of Cygwin and it starts.
Line which calls the start:
        C:\temp\Cygwin\setup.exe -q -R C:\Cygwin -L -l
C:\temp\Cygwin\ftp%3a%2f%2fftp.univie.ac.at%2fpackages%2fcygwin%2f
Same with
        C:\temp\Cygwin\setup.exe -R C:\Cygwin -L -l
C:\temp\Cygwin\ftp%3a%2f%2fftp.univie.ac.at%2fpackages%2fcygwin%2f

Very soon, it keeps hanging on "MD5 check of <some module>".
Same behviour on Windows 7 and XP!

Installation by hand works fine.

Anybody an idea?

Johannes
