[wpkg-users] wpkg uninstall check subkey in registry

Hi guys

Seems that uninstall check does not support sub keys of "Uninstall"

For example 
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\R
ationalPlan\Viewer
