getHostAttributes replace getHostNameAttribute

Prepare host definitions in host.xml to have more than one attribute.

  * wpkg.js (getHostNameAttribute): Remove.
    (getHostAttributes): Replace getHostNameAttribute, return a dictionary
    of attribute/value.
    (getHostAttrsDesc): Return a string representation of host attributes.
    (getHostNodeDescription): Return a string representation of an XML host
    node.
    (getHostNode): Use getHostAttributes.
    (getHostVariables): Use getHostAttributes.
