[wpkg-users] Extend extended host attributes to //host/profile and //profile/depends nodes

Hi,

as per $SUBJECT, this adds extended host matching capabilities so one can 
write things like:

<host profile-id="base">
  <profile id="xp-only" os="windows xp"/>
</host>

<profile id="foo">
  <depends profile-id="bar" architecture="x86"/>
</profile>
