Here we see the host definitions, as you can see profile base64 comes before developer64.

Here we see that only profile base64 is selected for installation.

And here we see what is wrong, there is a trailing pipe character in the match pattern of this host definition, so this is matching
any host.
Remove that pipe and you should be fine.

BTW, it was not attaching the files, which gives us problems, but sending Rich-Text or HTML messages instead of pure text messages.
Sending pure text messages makes it so much easier to quote only parts of a message.
This is a mailing list so there is no need for fancy text formatting or embedded images.
