The 'execute' test can be defined without a condition, the code fall back to
'exitcodeequalto' but the log is full of 'null'.

DEBUG   : Execute check for program 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe /c schtasks
/Query /NH \| find "WPKGService" > NUL' returned '0'. Evaluating condition
'null' revealed true when comparing to expected value of '0'

Patch against 1.1.3-RC6 + bug #199
