Overruled by reality :)

Actually lcid is now part of hostAttributes. In addition this includes now lcid
matching for all nodes which allow extended host matches (including variables).

Although it does not really save much execution time as lcid was already cached
by global variable and getLocale() returned it from the cache directly.
