I did not yet have a look at the attached packages file in detail but the
garbage printed in the logs ("+°Þ߯¸Ý¹Ú ±ÞÝ=ÓÛ±Þ± Ô ´­ÞýÕ¸ÓÝÞÞ.") likely
indicates some encoding problem. Are you sure your editor saved the file in
proper UTF-8 encoding?
