This will assure fast response and usually leads to quick resolution of issues.
If the conclusion on the list is that it's a bug or if you're sure it's a bug,
then the bug tracker is of course the right location.

I guess you refer to <http://wpkg.org/Dia>. It seems to be incorrect and
identical to your initial package which is clearly not working properly.

The package definitions on wpkg.org are free to change by anyone. So feel free
to update it immediately (as you seem to be the first one spotting some issue
with the provided package).

There might be also multiple valid packages as the VLC package demonstrates:
<http://wpkg.org/Vlc>

But the one for Dia seems to be broken.

It's late for me now so I won't update it, feel free to do it or to ask on the
list whether somebody could do it using information from this thread.
