I figured out the Malwarebytes one. In the package's xml I had it listed as:
path="Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware version %version%"
when after double checking it doesn't have the ' behind Malwarebytes. So it should read:
path="Malwarebytes Anti-Malware version %version%"
