[wpkg-users] wpkg system event message "Server connecting: failed"

Dear WPKG user list

During start-up of a Windows 7 (32-Bit) host, the above system message appears. Manually start of WPKG works fine.
Should I change the WPKG settings (connecting-method, timeout or script-timeout)? See...

<server-connecting-method>standard</server-connecting-method>
<server-connecting-timeout>10</server-connecting-timeout>

<server-connecting-script-timeout>3</server-connecting-script-timeout>
