I've done some tests just yesterday, but with java6.

Seems to me that 32 and 64 bit installer are pretty the same, apart
that:

1) in 64 bit environment, 32 and 64 bit java installer does not install
 separately the update service, eg, there's no way to do:

	msiexec /qn /x {4A03706F-666A-4037-7777-5F2748764D10}

because UUID 4A03706F-666A-4037-7777-5F2748764D10 does not exist in 64
bit env. Still you can unregister the service with:
	"%ProgramFiles%\Java\jre6\bin\jqs.exe" -unregister
and/or
	"%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Java\jre6\bin\jqs.exe" -unregister


2) UUID for disinstallation differ:

	26A24AE4-039D-4CA4-87B4-2F83216038FF (32)
	26A24AE4-039D-4CA4-87B4-2F86416038FF (64)
