[wpkg-users] LibreOffice upgrade on Win7 64bit -> 1603

Im slowling moving from XP (32bit) to win7 64bit, and the time arrived
for the first upgrade of libreoffice.

I've followed roughly the wiki, so i'm using:

	<install cmd='msiexec /q /i "%SOFTWARE%\WPKG\LibreOffice_4.0.3_Win_x86.msi" ALLUSERS=1 RebootYesNo=No CREATEDESKTOPLINK=1 ISCHECKFORPRODUCTUPDATE=0 REGISTER_NO_MSO_TYPES=1 ADDLOCAL=ALL REMOVE=gm_o_Onlineupdate' />
	<upgrade include='install' />

On XP works, on win7 the installer exit with error 1603, leave
LibreOffice ''half-installed'' (eg, installed in 'program management'
control panel but not working); if retry, works.

I've added the <upgrade /> stanza to uninstall LO before upgrade, and
now seems to work, but because i've seen no info about that, i'm seeking
feedback.
