[wpkg-users] [BUG?] /install:<pkg> and dependencies...

Update.

I have received some logs and I could verify the issue and provide a fix.

I have just commited WPKG 1.3.1-RC15 which is supposed to fix this issue. The 
remove detection algorithm during synchronization has been modified to take 
dependencies of manually installed package into consideration as well. This will 
prevent removing thde dependencies of manually installed packages (which also 
did lead to the remove of the manually installed package itself).
