Since we are talking about Windows 7, running WPKG client at shutdown is 
not an option anymore.

My script is run at explicit times, when there is usually no user logged on.

Mobile devices are a burden, since they connect to the network only at 
log on of the user, so startup scripts don't work too.
Best is to have them placed into a docking station, where everything 
works like on a regular desktop PC.
