This conflicts and is actually superseeded by recent much more flexible path 
definitions allowed introduced here:

Also in previous version you could have multiple config.xml pointing to 
different wpkg root. Now you can even keep the same WPKG root and point to 
whatever path(s) you place your package definitions in. The new 
[packages|profiles|hots]_path parameters allow you to specify any paths where 
packages are stored.
