[wpkg-users] Match "Intel® Graphics Driver" in uninstall condition

I found it!

Evil Intel uses another name than the one showing in "programs and
features". I searched for what it says and they have "translated" the
name to "Intel(r) Graphics Driver" under Classes\Local
Settings\MUICache\...

The uninstall entry actually is "Intel(R) Processor Graphics" (without
the real (R) symbol.
