I use to download

http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/current/support/install_flash_player_ax.exe

for the ActiveX-Version for IE and

http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/current/support/install_flash_player.exe

for the other browsers plugin.

This URLs always serve the latest version in a combined 32 and 64bit 
installer. And, of course I have a batch script that downloads them for 
me...
