[wpkg-users] Check registry key fails on Windows XP x64 machine

Could you make sure that WPKG is running in a 64bit process. If it is - by 
chance - running from a 32bit cscript.exe then it won't see any 64bit 
registry entires (at least not on an expected path).

If cscript is started from a 32bit host process (for example a 32bit 
classic WPKG Client) then it will be in a 32bit process - with all the 
restrictions.

If this is not the problem then an excerpt of the log (DEBUG entries of 
the registry checks) would be helpful
