[wpkg-users] Virtual package?

OneGet can work with WPKG just fine -- any developer can create a package handler for OneGet to invoke WPKG to install your packages. There is absolutely no requirement to convert things to Chocolatey format or re-package any of your apps. 

OneGet is already available in the Windows 10 preview. If you have that installed, open up PowerShell and type "gcm -Module OneGet" to see what is available. More coming soon!

Ouch! Cool!!! I was unaware of 'Chocolatey'!

Seems to me rather immature related to WPKG (miss a client, miss complex dependencies, ...), but really pushed very well the ''repository'' metaphora, compared to the ''wiki of recipe'' we have...


Very interesting... someone have done some ''deep'' comparison?
