It is a know trouble. Some (broken?) installers pretend to upgrade or
uninstall from the same user that install them.

Every installer that behave badly seems an history on their own:
there's a trial and error effort...


For me, try to run installer with 'runas /user:Administrator <...>'. I
think you have to provide password in some way...
