Also you may want to use  COMSEC to warp up commands, sometime commands
don't work well on its own.
Something like this:
 <install cmd="%SOFTWARE%\Cliente11.bat" /> to

 <install cmd='%COMSEC% /C "%SOFTWARE%\Cliente11.bat"' />
Note that there is a single quote outside of double quote.
