[wpkg-users] Issue:WPKG.js fail to run when Vista non-unicode is non-english.

Hi,

Has anyone encounter the errors on cscript when non-unicode language is set
to non-English?
Currently I am using Chinese (Hong Kong SAR) for non-unicode programs, the
only solution I find is that switch to English for non-unicode programs.

I wish to find an alternative workaround. Suggestions?
