<p class=MsoNormal>I am trying to upgrade the wpkg client with the command
lines from <a href="http://wpkg.org/WPKG">http://wpkg.org/WPKG</a>. When I try
to upgrade and provide the SETTINGSFILE=”settings.xml” it fails
with this error message. I get this error when upgrading from 1.0.2 or 1.2.1 to
this version. I don’t get this error when I perform a fresh install. The
settings.xml file was created from a 1.4.3 client.<o:p></o:p></p>
