[debian-non-standard] FSG3 debian installation

1) installed Debian on USB-stick
Yes
2) flashed the kernel+redboot on FSG-3
Yes
3) booted Debian off USB-stick on FSG-3
Yes
4) installed/copied Debian on a HDD/FSG-3
Yes
5) booted off HDD/FSG-3
Yes
6) upgraded Debian on HDD/FSG-3
Yes
7) rebooted - it doesn't work anymore

After I reinstall the original firmware and done everything one more time
So:
1) installed Debian on USB-stick
Yes
2) flashed the kernel+redboot on FSG-3
Yes (at this moment I have some probleme with flashing redboot (input - 
output error) so I restor the original firmware to try to flash kernel 
and redboot who pass)
3) booted Debian off USB-stick on FSG-3
Yes
4) installed/copied Debian on a HDD/FSG-3
Yes
5) booted off HDD/FSG-3
Yes
6) upgraded Debian on HDD/FSG-3
Yes
7) rebooted - it doesn't work anymore , even booting from USB stick 
doesn't work anymore

And I can't restor the original firmware
