Apologize for late reply Tomasz, I escaped on holidays for a bit :)

Creating symlink did the trick :) I also confirm that item 1 is 
required.... but to be precise... I've created my own .config in 
"build_dir/linux-brcm47xx/linux-2.6.x/" instead of using yours, then 
copied it to "target/linux/brcm47xx/config-2.6.x", symlinked 
.config.override to /dev/null and run "make V=99" from top project dir.

With it, I've managed to build all network traffic schedulers + IMQ 
modules which I've required.
