[sheepdog-users] Removing metadata

Hi considering the scenario of a cluster with 3 nodes.
I remove a node from the cluster (dog node kill).

sheep was running with these options:
  sheep /var/sheep,/mnt/sheep/dsk01

If I restart sheep with the same options right away, object already on this
host will be checked but not network transfer will occur (checksumming).

What happens if, before running sheep, I empty metadata folder?
  rm -r /var/sheep/*

Will objects on this host be "reused" anyway?
