Oops... sorry for that. I'll dig in the problem tomorrow. I cannot
allocate time for it tonight.

BTW, I have 2 questions:

1. Are you using debian wheezy? I'll try to reproduce the problem
with an actual working VM.

2. Can you reproduce the problem wit ordinal replicated VDIs (e.g. -c
3)?
