I created a branch for debian style log rotate:
https://github.com/sheepdog/sheepdog/tree/logrotate

Could you test it, Valerio? You can use the debian style rotation with
the sheep option "-l rotate=debian".
# Currently, I don't have ordinal debian environment... sorry
