Hi Yuan,

I guess I need another couple of days to make 0.4.0 stable, but it's
not good to stop Sheepdog development for the time.

How about the following plan:
 - create a branch 'next' for 0.5.0
 - push new features like object cache reclaim to 'next' until 0.4.0
   is released
 - rebase 'next' onto the master branch after 0.4.0 is released
