[Sheepdog] [PATCH v2 0/2] optimization to oid_to_vnode and obj_to_sheep

This patchset seems to cause a regression for the following simple test
case for me:

sheep -l7 -d  /tmp/sheep/7000 -p 7000 
collie cluster format --copies=1 -p 7000 
collie vdi create 'test-vdi' 300M -p 7000 

before that is finished in about 30 seconds, now it hangs or at least
takes magnitudes more time.
