[sheepdog] [PATCH stable-0.6 0/2] stable-0.6 update

[Hitoshi Mitake]

This update for stable-0.6 fixes a serious problem of object
cache.

The first one implements background pusher of object cache. This patch
aims to solve a performance problem caused by unique behavior of VMs.

The second one actually fixes the serious bug which causes invalid
finish of flushing.
