I think the failure state here is ambiguous. Do you mean to say that if 
the host loses the connection to a majority of nodes in the cluster 
(i.e. loses quorum) the sheep process will shutdown? Formulated as it is 
the above could be interpreted to say that if any node in the cluster is 
down all the sheeps that are talking to it die which surely can't be right.
