[sheepdog] [PATCH v2 0/2] update store format version and provide migration tool

[Hitoshi Mitake]

The commit 79706e07a068 introduced incompatibility of store format
(store ec index in path instead of xattr). This patchset produces
migration function for this change.

In addition, the first patch removes a bug in the migration feature.
