of course, design issues can not be easily found via simple black box
performance test.
also if that simple sentence is incomplete or wrong, you can list the
difference between them if u want.
for every iet user, they want to know why development on iet is slow
down. and when they know the main focus is switched to stgt, they want
to know when, why, and how to move to stgt, you can not expect every one
to read the code right?
