[Stgt-devel] The current state (tgt and IBM VIO server LLD)

Seems tgt and ibmvstgt (IBM VIO server LLD) can work nicely. Now I
manage to install SUSE9 to ibmvstgt's LU, boot a client with it,
perform heavy I/Os.

The README file includes the detailed instructions. So everything is
ready.

There are still some TODOs in kernel-space tgt code, however, not
many. Most of TODOs are about user-space tgt code and LLDs.

I will write up TODOs in the project wiki site later on.
