[Stgt-devel] Which license?

Hi all,

our nice build system requires to state a license for each package. Only
currently there is only a inherited reference to the GPL in log.h (which
was copied via open-iscsi and iscsitarget).
So I would assume that the entire project runs under the GPL.
Is that true?
Can we have an explicit pointer somewhere (eg in the README) which
license this project runs under?
