[Stgt-devel] license problems

Hi folks

The userspace scsi target code is undistributable in binary form.

The whole sources looks like GPL, which is incompatible with the OpenSSL
license. Two possible fixes:
- Change the license to include an exception for this case.
- Use libgcrypt.
