Hi folks

Active ibmvio targets are broken after I restart tgtd.

The client reports:

After an unload-load cycle of ibmvstgt it seems to works again and the client
reports correctly:

| ibmvscsi: SRP_LOGIN succeeded
| ibmvscsi: host srp version: 16.a, host partition XXX (YY), OS 2, max io 131072

But at least sometimes the client seems to hang.
