[Stgt-devel] [PATCH] invalid command operation code (0x20,0)

SPC-4 (rev 9) section 4.3.1 all the way back to SCSI-2
defines what to do when the first byte (i.e. the operation
code) is not supported. It is treated differently from
the "invalid field in cdb" case.
