[Stgt-devel] PATCH 1 of 2 - Move dump_cdb out of spc_illegal_op to its own subroutine.

Undo an earlier patch to spc_illegal_op() to dump the SCSI op code.

Moved the routine to dump_cdb(uint8_t * cdb) so it can still be called
if required.
