[Stgt-devel] 2.6.22-rc2 + it_nexus patch broken

Hi folks

If I understand git correctly, there are one three commits missing in
mainline, two it_nexus support and the rdma fix. I applied them on my
2.6.22-rc2 and the only result with ibmvio and new utils is:

| scsi_tgt_uspace_send_cmd(127) tx buf is full, could not send
| handle_cmd_queue(208) cannot queue cmd c0000000026c7000 -4
