Please have a look at www.storageos.com.

Though it is not a wiki. It is more than a wiki. See
http://www.storageos.com/?q=node/9 for example. With external services
like sf.net or google to provide bugzilla, svn, mailing list, it should
be a good starting point. Also you need to register to post/comment, so
hopefully spam can be controlled to an minimum level.
