has the required one-liner patch to fix mthca, so maybe it'll be fixed
in RHEL soon.

the 2.6.18-52.el5 kernel + stock CentOS5 userland + the iSER git
appears to be fine under testing, and has a tad better read performance
than 2.6.22.6
