BTW, I expected that I can get the help message even if I don't have a
config file, but I got:

fujita at viola:~/git/tgt$ ./scripts/tgt-admin --help
The file "/etc/tgt/targets.conf" does not exist within ConfigPath: /etc/tgt! at ./scripts/tgt-admin line 40


What is this patch for?
